Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and company details when you register.
- Website and brand data: content we read from the website you register, used to build your Brand Context.
- Connected services: data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, and credentials for WordPress or webhooks, only if you connect them.
- Usage and billing data: agent runs, credit usage and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
- Technical data: basic logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To provide the agents, audits, rank tracking and dashboards you request.
- To process payments and manage your credits and plan.
- To send service emails such as verification codes and account notices.
- To secure the platform and prevent abuse.
- To improve the product using aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns.
AI and your data
We send the content needed to complete a run to our AI model providers to generate your output. Your Brand Context and outputs are not used to train models for other customers.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform (for example payments, email delivery, hosting and data providers), with your instruction, or where required by law.
Security and retention
We apply the protections described on our security page. We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for legal, accounting or security purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and data.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your personal information, and you can disconnect integrations at any time. To make a request, email info@aethriss.com.
Cookies
The marketing site uses only the cookies and storage needed to operate. The console may use storage to keep you signed in.
Changes
If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
